POLICY

ORDERS: Minimum US order is $25.00. Full payment is required at least two weeks before shipping. Checks and Money Orders are accepted. We no longer accept credit cards as payment. Please do not mail cash. Florida Residents add 6.75% sales tax.

GUARANTEE: Plants are guaranteed to be healthy, State inspected and true to name. Please notify us immediately upon arrival if plants are not satisfactory and return for full refund.

SHIPPING:  March 22 (weather permitting) until June 8, 2010. Priority Mail is $8.50 plus $1.00 per plant. We find Priority Mail very fast and dependable. UPS third day is $25.00 plus $1.00 per plant. Please include UPS address. If actual shipping cost exceeds these guidelines the extra will be billed to the customer. Extra shipping is often necessary with large orders of the 4 fan specials and late in the season when the plants are very large.

PRICING: Prices in this catalog supersede all earlier prices. Prices are for double fans except cultivars with **** after the name which are priced for four fans. No prices are for single fans. We are generous when possible. Customers have been pleased with our bonus plants. No bonus is given for four-fan specials or sale plants. For non-sale orders we will try to choose bonus plants from your substitution list and/or suggestions. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be chosen from your lists. If not, a nice bonus will be provided. Orders with $75 to $100 in non-sale plants will receive a 10% bonus and orders of greater than $100 (non-sale plants) will receive 15% bonus.
 
TAX: Florida Residents add 6.75% sales tax.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  We now offer gift certificates in $25 increments.  Please specify the recipients name and address upon checkout, and your name will appear on the card. The card can be mailed to you, or directly to the recipient.
